Join Andrea Chef Troy as he takes diners on an exceptional tour through Italy’s most famous regions and spring’s most celebrated ingredients. Every evening, he’ll create dinner courses highlighting a specific Italian region and the freshest local and seasonal produce arriving to the Andrea kitchen.

Crudo Italiano

Andrea presents superbly fresh seafood crudo specials this summer. From scallops to yellowfin ahi, Chef Troy prepares seasonal raw specials with Italian simplicity, using the finest cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil, salt and citrus.
